While we here at Le PanLife, bare no affiliation to Le Pan/Matsunichi, whatsoever, the administrators, moderators, and contributors here, set a goal to give as much information as possible, about the LePan tablets and the LePan company, to the customers that seek, needed information to improve their LePan tablet experience. In most instances, when a consumer needs help with a product, their first instinct is to call customer support, provided by the company, responsible for the manufacturing of that given product. Fortunately, with LePan tablets, you now have a couple of options, if you need help with any of the LePan tablet line.

While we are only here for informational purposes only, and the members, here on this forum, will do everything in our power to help those with questions or problems, by no means, are we a warranty or technical support center, nor can we guarantee an answer to your problem, and again, we have no affiliation with Le Pan/Matsunichi, at all. All warranty issues can be brought, directly, to the attention of Le Pan. For those who may have had warranty issues in the past, there was an address that we would have sent our malfunctioned tablets to. Keep in mind, this address is NO LONGER IN USE:
